Every Plan Includes
A five-person staff and a hundred-person staff get the same Ekko. The only thing that changes between plans is how many people it's sized for and how many insight credits come with it.
Insight Credits
Ekko can spot gaps in your plans, suggest which ministries should work together, and summarize what your team learned from a retrospective. These insights are powered by AI, and they're always suggestions for your team to weigh. Your people make the decisions. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of insight credits. One credit is one insight.

A team using Ekko every week typically uses about half its monthly credits.
500 credits for $25. Packs never expire and are only used after your monthly credits run out, so nothing you buy goes to waste. Turn on auto-refill if you'd rather never think about it.
We never charge for insights after the fact. If your credits run out, insight features simply pause until you add a pack or your credits refresh on the 1st. Everything else in Ekko keeps working normally.
Founding Churches
We're inviting a small group of founding churches to help shape Ekko. Founding churches get half off any plan for their first twelve months.
Anyone with an active Ekko staff account. People you've added but haven't invited yet don't count until you send their invite.
Ekko is a planning tool for the people who lead your ministries. Staff size is what drives how much you use it, so that's what we price on. And it's the same flat price for everyone in the range, so adding one more person never changes your bill unexpectedly.
Nothing gets cut off. You'll see a notice and have a grace period to decide. If you're on a paid plan and only a few people over, you can add up to 5 extra staff at $10 each per month instead of moving up a whole plan.
No. Ekko works alongside Planning Center. It's the planning layer above it: your vision and plans live in Ekko, and your services, people and check-ins stay where they are.
Most don't. Many states exempt churches from sales tax, and you can upload your exemption certificate when you set up billing. With it on file, Ekko won't charge your church sales tax. Without one, sales tax is added where your state requires it.
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel from Settings whenever you like.
Your church's data is kept separate from every other church's at the database level, Ekko doesn't sell your data, and our AI provider is contractually barred from training its models on it. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
